Parky text alerts (SMS)
Parky, made by Nauta Ventures LLC, offers optional text alerts: one-way texts with the dining alerts a user sets up at parkypass.com. Users opt in by entering their own mobile number on their Dining alerts page at parkypass.com, ticking an unticked consent box, and confirming from a link we text them. - Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@parkypass.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. A mobile number is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only to deliver them.
